"I recently purchased a 2007 Glacier Bay 2640 from Mark Folcik of Sunrise Marine. My wife and I had driven up from Clearwater to look at two GBs advertised on the Sunrise webpage. We had communicated with Mark, asking numerous questions about the boats and Glacier Bays in general. Mark was very patient, answering every email thoroughly and professionally. Mark invited us up for a sea trial and we accepted. Mark's honesty, professionalism, straight talking and thorough product knowledge was most impressive and resulted in a very pleasurable buying experience. Mark is totally customer service oriented. His post-sales service is phenomenal. I had decided to take the boat back to Clearwater by water. Mark went out with me in the boat for several hours, the day before and again the morning that we set out for Clearwater. He thoroughly checked out the boat and instrumentation and patiently instructed me how to operate the boat as well as all the electronics. He even put in all the waypoints and prepared a float plan for the trip to be filed with him. It is definitely worth driving 900 mlles to buy a boat from Mark Folcik. My future purchases will be from Mark, for sure!"

"Dear Sunrise Marine, I just wanted to write a short letter to say thanks for the outstanding service I recently received relating to some maintenance on my Cobalt 200. It was my first experience with Sunrise Marine and needless to say, it was positive! This experience was in large part due to the efforts of Mr. Don Appelberg and Mr. John Sexton. The two of them certainly went above and beyond the call of duty and took great care of me and my most prized possession. Specifically, the maintenance to be performed was warranty work to be covered by Volvo. Mr. Appelberg and Mr. Sexton assisted me with my dealings with Volvo and took the extra time to take photos of the outdrive and retrieve serial numbers, both of which Volvo needed before they would pay for the repair work. Additionally, I was kept informed of my boat�s progress and the work was completed in a timely manner.
